....same way here. If I wanna a lttle extra protein with my cakes I just add a little powder to the mix.

Ditto both Kins, and 01..! A tad dry, but I suppose can be tweked., I'd rather have 5-6 snotty scrambled eggs /loose
& Real ��/ pancakes.., the best I've found are Same club , their brand , or (actually first choice )Krusteaz. & The Big Bargain place Sam's, Cosco , theirs are very similar.
But They both have the "just add water " type down to a pat, it's got good ingredients, they're fluffy & lite, not tight n dry.. it's s texture thing with soft "Real" butter and decent syrup, or Maple from time to time , but expensive & good bad sometimes.
Love me some pancakes, but to answer, MM, I have those very ones & made maybe twice, still half pack left (probably why ) the Kodiak kakes are decent.

Havent had those.. but the Kodiak Cake brand protein pancakes are really good!
