"And" Gamma Oryzanol "snake oil" they used to tout that as an ergogenic aid, but doesn't really do shit for us

Almost 3 grams of potassium is "not" good..

Alot of the other ingredients are in line with what we may want the DMG is good, the rest looks alright, but the two I mentioned skip it..!

If you want supplemental potassium & a good balance of sodium in your diet use Morton Lite Salt.
