Anavar advice

Hey guys, question. Just got some anavar (50mg) not too long ago (courtesy of D-Red). I will be adding it to my current stack and running it for 5 weeks. I never used anavar before, of course I will be running it with test as well as other compounds (some ppl will blast if u don't state that).

My question is, what dosage should I start off with, I also purchased some a while back that I never used...10mg dose 100 count. So I can also start small if recommended. So should I start out full blast with the 50mg or maybe do 25mg and taper up from there, also what is the max dosage should I not exceed? And of course I'd like to know how long does anavar take to truly show. Some ppl swear by it and others hate it.

I'll chime in before people start giving you ridiculous dosages. With legit var, which D has, all you really need is 50mg per day. I know D has tabs so if you split it in half, dose it 2x per day. Run it for a 1.5 weeks and if you're not getting significant strength gains in the gym, even while in deficit, bump it to 75mg. I read everywhere online of guys taking 100-150mg per day which is absurd in my opinion as var at 50mg will do wonders if you have everything in check. These guys will be taking 150+ per day when they're 20% body fat and wondering why they don't have abs after 2 weeks LOL To these guys I say, there is a point of diminishing returns.
 
I like var at 100mg, it's incredible at that dose. But no less then 50mg for sure.

What's your body fat percentage?
 
Not sure exact numbers I don't have any calipers, but if I had to eyeball, could be around 9-10% abs are def popping and I can see the outline of my lower, veins everywhere! Even in abs

You can definitely see some good results at 50. Like mentioned above some guys are too high body fat expecting to see anything out of var

Don't discount Masteron either, with reasonable bf levels
It will. Do wonder's especially with these suggested doses
of legit Var.

So I guess I may as well discuss my stack then, this is what I am running,
250mg test weekly
Tren Ace 100 EOD 1cc EOD
Primo 100 EOD
EQ 250 EOD
Winny depot 50 EOD
Starting Anavar 50mg ED
Come aug 1st will be adding masteron p 100 EOD
Last two weeks of prep will throw in proviron
Also running 50mcg of t3 and 20mcg of clen... looking to replace with DNP for faster fat loss for those extreme single digits for contest

If your sub 10 and you have time why on earth would you add dnp ? clen and t3 with cardio and diet will get you below 5 no problem . DNP has a host of issues with water retention so adding it then cutting it out and sending your metabolism into shock a week before your show just makes no sense. Good plan minus the dnp
 
Good advice, I heard about the water issue but I figure I could run for 3 or 4 weeks n drop it last two weeks... my current cardio regiment consists of 45 in am fasted then 30 min post workout in evening...currently I'm 255 but I need to make weight of 240 for comp the lbs don't seems to be dropping fast enough

I'd also run the Proviron thru out, not just a few weeks prior, it will help you get more out of most "all" of your current stack.

And don't discount Carb cycling, and perhaps an intermittent fast here n there, or at least calorie deficit keeping mostly healthy fats n ample protien.
 
7 meals a day each consisting of 6oz of a clean protein (fish, chicken, ground turkey) except bkfast with is eggs for protein, fats i usually do fish oils for supplement and I eat walnuts... what dosage of proviron do u suggest, and how often, ED I assume?

Good diet, flax seed oil is excellent too, Proviron, your
a "BIG" fella, I do 25 am, 25 pm, kinda low on. Mine now so been slacking, but I see alot of 100 a day split, same deal am/pm..
Keep up the good work, if I missed it, how many weeks out...? You are doing an upcoming show right..?

And I love broiled, or poached Salmon, good fish
choice for the fats

I been switching between swai and cod, yeah I do need to cop some flaxseed oil I heard it's so good for u, about 6 weeks out, will be my first show and I feel like I'm def not ready, although common folk disagree but what do they know lol

up the clen by 20 mcg a week not exceeding 120 mcg a day , also in say two weeks add another 12.;5 mcg t3. Like I stated before you have 15 lbs to lose 8 of which is water I wouldnt worry too much. The DNP is just gonna send your metabolism and the way you digest food to the way you react to all your other gear .IMHO that you should put the dnp out of your head and if you need to do more cardio and less training then do it your 255 you have plenty of muscle ...conditioning wins shows

Solid advice right there, I will do that, I just fuckin hate cardio so much, I'd rather train harder lol but I know I have to do it, more cardio it is then, and u right the muscle is there now is time to tune and cut
