I remember the thread bro... and yes it is bad for u but then again who knows I might get hit by a drunk driver tomorrow and die... I'd rather lift and feel good about life and b on point then worry about what is going to happen to me when I'm 60... I was also in a motorcycle a sidebar some years back broken collar bone pins and fucking titanium in my left arm was told I will never have full range of motion back in my left arm by a doctor and warned not to lift heavy things...
Pfff bullshit... I'm putting up 220 on my dumbbell shoulder press 8x by my self... fuck what they say... do what makes u feel good that way u r on point in life... guys like us need to work out... it's just part of feeling whole as a person
