Oh hell yeah! Love those babies! Went to New Orleans 2 years ago for Mardi Gras....one of the best meals I'd ever had. Gotta have the potatoes too!

Me too, and I thought you eat them like you would eat shrimp. And yes I am a lowly Northeasterner.
 
I find a lot of people now a days are using lemons. Y'all always have done that?

It helps with getting the meat out of the shell. Also butter.

I remember everyone using butter but seems like now everyone I know uses lemons.
