Advice On 1st Cycle

I’m a total newbie!! I’m a 38 yr old female, 5’1”, 118 lbs, not sure what other stats you might need? I have a buddy that said a cycle of Anavar at 10 mg a day would probably give me great results. I ended up purchasing what I thought was Anavar and ended up gaining a ton of water, tested it with lab max and it ended up being Dbol. I’ve read great things about Winny too? I’m open to suggestions, and opinions!!

How long have you been training?...training routine?...dietary habits?...what do you want to try and achieve? Var is an absolute great option for females...primo could be considered as well. When your buddy said that var would give you great results... what results are you looking for?
 
I’ve been training on a 5 day split for about three months now. I’m Eating 1694 calories, 145 g carbs, 66g fat, 130 G protein. I’m trying to drop about 10 lbs of fat, but gain 7 lbs of muscle (give or take) to get to the fat percentage I should generally be. Not trying to bulk up too much, but I want to keep my muscle gains, while cutting, which has been difficult.
 
I have a friend that who competes in bikini and 10mg legit var helped her greatly. I am not sure what else she is/was on but will ask.......I'll be back......
 
My opinion is someone who is so new to training shouldn't start using steroids. You've only been in the gym 3 months....
 
I’ve been a fitness instructor, in & out of the gym since 2006. But, just recently really gotten into lifting, and it peaked my interest into competing, which I started training for three months ago. So I’m not exactly new to weights, and the gym, just new to the heavier lifting.

You stated you would like to loose about 10lbs but I don't see much of where you would lose it. Remember that ASS will not cause you to loose fat. It is a tool to help you obtain your goal. In an adverse way they may help but adding muscle to a frame but will not directly cause you to burn fat.

You said you were an instructor so the great benefits of HIIT training as a way to burn fat. Have you ever tried incorporating that into your routine?

Caution should be used, but I myself love gym and pushing past what i can recover natty!!

With women a slight change in anabolic with light androgen ratio does wonders getting thru that 15% woman have trouble breaking. But boobs will go...

If u chose gear, stick with anavar 5-10mg a day. They make these suckers at 2.5mg Pharma for a reason. Var gotta be legit.
I have broken D's up. I weight whole tab then figure out approx 1/5th and weight out even if crushed or in pieces. I cap the desired amount for my woman....

Proviron at a very low 6mg dose with anavar 10mg can change ratio of woman's hormone in favorable conditions to get lower bodyfat!!

This is golden rule for ladies but caution should be taken. U wanna stay all girl!!

In women the change in hormone ratio will cause fat loss with training.

In men it will as well. Androgen binding has everything to do in lipolysis in fat cells.

Fat in belly and breast or estro fed. Androgen binding does block estro in cells and causes lipolysis... But if one isn't training no point but studies have been done on this in men and women. Mostly elder but young too.
I believe all roids increase fat loss, all.i do is change my stack and bam!!! I can go from 13% to 7% just with stack change but I think my body learned what time it is too.
Like muscle memory, fat loss memory...

Hgh also has changed alot with fat loss but not for the young OP has plenty hgh output at her age...

Sorry for my input but I gotta tell truth. But all in all gear has to be a personal decision and it comes with sides no matter what. I am an EX addict sober for since 06. I am type of person that needs to have a little secret I obsecess about doing...

I have noticed I can bulk with way less gear than it takes for me to cut. And I do HIIT with weight and loaded machines doing burst sets with pause rest.... I have also become a machine for fat loss!!

Sorry see u 38 though it was 20s my bad!!
U can benifit from hgh 1.5-2iu a day...

I know it’s not a fat loss type supp, but my friend that’s competed said it may help me maintain the muscle I’m building, while losing the weight. I’m supposed to stick MIIT cardio at least for the moment!! But I do love HIIT!!
 
Not exactly. Anavar has been shown in several studies to reduce abdominal fat.

CONCLUSIONS: Oral oxandrolone decreased SQ abdominal fat more than TE or weight loss alone and also tended to produce favorable changes in visceral fat.

My wife is very girly super feminine and has a natural, absolutely ridiculous physique. She has always trained hard but for a feminine toned look much of what you will see in bikini.

She has cycled anavar several times from 10mg all the way to 17.5. Also done winny which she hated and did not see the results that anavar gave her. My wife has also cycle small amounts of transdermal testosterone which helped her really change her body composition.

Woman new to anavar should usually pyramid their cycles to watch for sides. If they appear the dosage is reduced. Cycles will typically last 6-8 weeks. Starting dosages are 10mg to 12mg. Advanced dosages are 12-20mg. 17.5 was a sweet spot for my wife while 20 was too much. Strange how 2.5mg can be the difference. Everyone is different and females are especially sensitive. Anavar is tricky and simply cutting high mg pills is not suggested nor responsible.

Some sources, including a reliable source here, makes female var at 10mg.
 
Var works great for girls, I have a girl on it right now and loves it, she is taking dreds and 1/2 a day, which is hands down spot on she says. What u ran into is a huge problem unless the source is well known. Winny is great but I would save that till next year, it will dry you out and the joint pain will come on so I would like to see you do the var then go from there.

I see....and your friend is correct. Like I mentioned prior...var is a fantastic option for women and in your situation would work great. I know finding legit var is hard and your lucky because many of our great sponsors here at HCU do supply it and I would trust everyone. We have a great administrator here that takes pride in his board, sponsors, and members.

It's best to divide dosage throughout day to keep stable levels!!
Always dosing one dose pre-workout seems to help me. Placebo?? Who cares...

As stated be sure u get legit Anavar.
