Advice for a 2nd cycle

So im trying to have another cycle in few months this will be my second is there any recommendations or advice or anything yall can help me figure witch compounds i should use or try first was test and decca i know its stupid to use decca first but i just wanted more mass and strength but anyways please and Thank you and just asking advice please

What are u looking for?
And have u worked steady from that cycle till now?

Don't know your age stats or even if u new member and that's in intro.
More info better.

Gear is something some of us choose and need it to keep putting ourselves thru hard work and much needed recovery.
I can't condone it to anyone new to it or young but if u choose u do.

Honestly rule of thumb is stay with test and find where u get sides or stop getting results.
I use other gear to offset sides help things work better, but I had to start wuth one thing at a time and see how I respond.

Test c or e 500-600wk should cover a 2nd cycle
A kicker like Dbol an option too.

Stats and goels needed to help more.
If u not yet muscled proportionate and carry muscle when lean u got work to do in gym with good old test imo!!!

Developed that physique then sculpting something for future

Like I always say, if your gonna run gear, you need to jump in or don’t touch it at all. I see many fail or mess themselves up just putting there tow in. Like my other friends said, what are your goals, how long do you want this life style for?? You can do a lot with just food, and I mean eating like you want it. I would like to see you eat like a champ for 3 months and see how u have come along then add in a cycle to make everything fall into place, cause if your diet is crap there’s no point in doing gear

I really need to fill out in my arms and my calves my first cycle. i gained 52 ibs about only 25 ibs of it was only muscle. I was eating 6000 calories but it was really good i was doing powerlifting at the moment and i did that for my college. but i really love bodybuilding and thats my goal to gain more size for a competition.
Agree with MM. Do you have any particular goals for this cycle?

My current shape is my profile picture just posted it im 6"2 245ibs right now started cutting for few weeks now 16%bf ive worked out since age 8 but didnt seriously start till 12 with a good routine it is ive been dieting since age 16 right now im 22 also goal is to hopfully be an ifbb pro but i know thats big goal for it to happen but i work my ass off so i also work at around 3 to 4 hours a day

Ok so youve got a decent base. Youve obviously put in some work. My hesitation to suggest aas to anyone under 25 is youre endocrine system isnt fully developed yet. Ive seen many many cases of people under 25 do basic aas cycles and experience inability to get back to normal levels sometimes a couples yrs after pct. So there could be lifelong implications if you decide to travel down that road. Understand not many women will remain in a relationship knowing they can never have children. Just something to think about. For you if you decide to go ahead i would take it slow. Basic cycles. Put in the hard work and let the aas top it off. Nutrition should be ur main focus. I made so much more progress when i paid high attention to my nutrition. Be disciplined and regimented.
