Update: I got a lengthy reply from the owner. Explained everything in detail. Reasonable guy. I explained to him that the big thing we want as a customer is to be kept in the loop, if someone tells you that they’re having some issues and it’ll take a month, that’s way better than telling you every week that it’ll be there next week. Anyways, I got my gear on Sunday, and he SERIOUSLY more than made up for it. I will tell you, I wasn’t sure that was going to be the case, but he came through and seems to be a man of his word. I’ll order from him again.
