Adderal as a pre workout

Has anyone taken Adderall as a pre workout to amp you up? If so what were the results? I usually slam a can of NOS prior to working out to amp me up but thought about giving Adderall a try...

Wouldn’t advocate taking adderall as preworkout.
Unless you are taking very small amounts. I’m talking 10mg
1. It’s addictive (lots of people that take steroids have addictive personalities to begin with)
2. It can get your heart rate really high
3. Kinda plays into number 1 but you will build a tolerance and you’ll need to take more and more to get the same feeling you’re chasing whether it just be to get pumped up for workout or just to feel good.

If you have a really good sense of control then it wouldn’t hurt to take it like 2-3 days a week. I am prescribed it and have taken it off and on for the past 3-4 years. And can say if you take it 2-3 times a week and take plenty of magnesium you won’t build a tolerance.
As long as the 2-3 days a week are binges. And stay in the 10-30mg range. Someone that is new to adderall I wouldn’t suggest taking extended release especially for what you’re after which is preworkout. So if you do decide to do it.
Be smart and stay in the lower doses and dose only instant release.

Just be careful because I know I have an addictive personality and I’ve been down the roller coaster while I was in college of steroids/adderall/benzos for the adderall comedown and I don’t want anyone to go down that.

Personally I don’t really do preworkout anymore. The pump is what I go for and adderall is a vasoconstrictor (anyone that argues that is illiterate hahah, the only reason why sometimes people say they are more vascular on adderall is because it’s a slight diuretic and it also can be attributed to increased blood pressure, I can assure you that high doses of adderall will erase your vascularity though) I like low dosing cialis.
But be careful with double dipping into vasodilators like viagra and cialis and vasoconstrictors like adderall. It’s not good for your heart in the slightest.

I know that was a long winded post lmao.
But in short I don’t advocate taking adderall for pwo. But if you do be mindful. I mean most of us on this board are already taking steroids so we kind of understand (at least should) the “everything in moderation” perspective.
Maybe try 10mg on your hardest days (usually legs and back) for extra energy and focus. If you try too high of dose I can guarantee you will be huffing and puffing and feeling like you’re gonna pass tf out if you’re doing anything close to strenuous activity.
 
Amphetamine sends the part of the nervous system that functions to accelerate heart rate, constrict blood vessels, raise blood pressure, so no bueno for a pre workout. Just think what your heart will be going through.

Not to mention lifting increases your bp massively. Although only for short periods of time. Add adderall to that though....
 
Im prescribes addy at 3 a day, 20mg each dose. Fuxk that. I take 10mg once a day maybe 3 times a week. So 1/6 of the recommended dose. The come down sucks, headaches sucks but helps me focus at work. I'm a analytical instrumention tech so if I have to set up a unit and need it, I'll take it.

Now addiction beets from person to person. What I mean by that is I can leave beer in my fridge for months, I can go with out adderal.. but if I take one hit off a joint I am hooked smoking pot 6x a day 🤦🏼*♂️ I can't smoke pit because of my job but just saying...

I can't eat a fucking morsel of food on Adderall. Terrible pre workout. Better of doing a bump of blow- at least you get some euphoria from that. Really you shouldn't need more than a bit of caffeine. Coffee does me well.
 
I’m prescribed 10mg XR, I don’t take them often. When I’m tired I’ll dump out what seems to be about 2mg and chew it up. About 4 hours of extreme energy.

Be carefull though, you’ll move more weight and lots more volume during your session, which can cut into recovery the next couple days. Also only on a cut, as 2000 calories feels like binge amounts of food.

I know this is kind of the topic but how would taking small hit of freebase coke be a good preworkout. i kind of done with caffenie and looking for something with a little more kick.
 
A better idea would be to find some old pre workouts that still has the 1,3 dimethyl

Or add your own 35+ mg to it, or a current oneive still be got a couple Mesomorhp with DMAA & a nice little 25-30 gram stash of it..

But you still need caffeine to kick it off.

L- Norvelene is decent too..! As is Agmatine, I like em in moderation

Yeah I hear that’s what Richard Pryor used for his pre workout before he caught on fire. :)
