Guys, if a member doesn`t post an intro, no need to attack them or be aggressive. it`s a turn off.

Fair enough.., I will respect those wishes, but you have the guys that get on here that are clueless, then they start with the dis-respect, back in the day we looked at it as a safety /security issue, only looking out for the general populus, and our community.

Respect..!

Much needed post Dred, much respect for posting it as it's certainly an issue I have seen....Members here have to realize a lot of the "new" members to this board are referred from other boards which they have been longtime members on...most of us are adults here...this is a great community here, Dred has put together one of the best boards I have seen in a longtime.... there is no need to create unnecessary issues with new members....the threads, especially in the Red Zone should just be about supporting the best source around, not bashing new members ...period..the end...putting a bad taste in the mouth of new members to the board when they are just trying to say they had a great experience with someone just blows my mind..

Yes, I'm guilty of this and I will more friendly from this point on. It's D's forum, so it's his rules and I will respect that.

I don't post much but this is definitely the best board there is imo

Agreed...no need to slam'em. Respectfully ask for an intro.

I mean no disrespect but I think your missing the point, if someone does not post an intro, move on..it's not your job to ask for one..the only person who should be asking is Dred if he deems it necessary for someone to post an intro...it's his board, his rules, respect his wishes..he was nice enough to create this awesome community for us all to enjoy without drama.

Bingo....

Agreed with the one caveat that if Red is busy, away, etc the members and sponsors imo should be able to be aware acutely of new folks and suggest an intro but absolutely it should be respectful.
We do need to be aware at all times who is coming onboard..
Some more than others just putting that out there. 🏻*♀️
