A Body in Progress: The Last Reboot!

.......................A journey that never ends!

Took a full month, but here's the next one! I did spend time researching to make sure I got it right, but I would be interested in hearing back - as a post here, or as a private message - if I made any incorrect statements. I kept it simple for myself and beginners - but if anything was downright false, I'd like to know so I can correct it.

Brian....I learn something new every time I watch one of your vids. Have you ever thought about teaching PT classes? Thanks again for taking the time to make these vids and to teach us all some thing new.

Wow, I did not expect that kind of reaction. I just spent a few hours researching online ... not sure I'm ready to be the one teaching personal trainers, when I still have so much to learn from THEM. I have, however, considered becoming a Personal Trainer someday. But anyway, VERY glad you enjoy, thank you for the compliment, and I'll get #7 out as soon as possible.

Very good vid my friend. You have a true talent on camera and your abilities to retain and convey useful information (trying to sound smart) is top notch. Thanks for this series

Sometime teaching others helps further your comprehension. Even when I teach bujutsu everything I have learned I deepen my understanding through explaining to others

Tiger anyone says WTF ! Screw them. The basics are always useful for review and these days with all the shallow shit gyms out there we don’t have articulated explicit articles like you portrayed. Beginners definitely need as too many think they need magic pills when it’s the basics of eating and fundamentally sound training that helps one progress . These days every one looks for short cut or easy way . No such thing in weights or B.B. - discipline sweat and smart thinking first

Educational and comical....I wish high school would have been like this.

Oh, I should totally get into the "High School Educational" videos! Dang, good idea! Those were SO boring. And the ones they tried to make creative just were so LAME!

I'm going to have to make these videos faster. I couldn't find this thread, it had dropped so low in the list, lol.

Nice progress BigTiger...keep going and remember this is a journey and you'll see many interesting things along the way.

Lovin' every minute my friend. Very informative, creative, and entertaining. Keep up the hard work and stay disciplined no matter what gets in your way you can work around it. Nice job brotha.

Time spent at the gym is always good. Time spent there with a friend and former student totally rocks.

Glad to see ya back at it BigTig. Training partners are always great to have. Keep 'em comin' my friend.

I don't always have anything to post on this site, but I'm pushing forward, getting stronger. Sometime in the next couple episodes I'll detail my January and February ... lifting heavier and heavier and feeling good about it!

Its progress my friend. Its impossible without change and you are closer than you were yesterday. Slow progress is better than none....stay positive and don't give up.
