Yup I'm #62. So what type of big training plan do you have in store for your journal? Are you going to turn it up for this?

Well, I definitely plan to be more consistent, fighting through my laziness and such. And I plan to chronicle my diet as well, which means I have to pay more attention to it. For the channel itself, my goal is a weekly video, so that viewers can know when to expect new content. Guest appearances by trainers, lifters, dieticians, whoever I can find to educate both me and the viewers.

And then, of course, I plan to make all kinds of progress until the big guys are approving and the little guys are drooling, ha ha.

So your weekly video will be clips from your entire week correct? Just a few minutes a day. Highlights and slips. Gotta have the good and the bad. Not everything is all rainbows and unicorns

Sometimes it will be a "journal entry" like that - and yes, as with my current channel, this new one will include short-comings. And sometimes it will be instructional material for everyone to learn from: Proper bench-press, proper squat, diet info, recipes, whatever. Anything and everything that falls under "Men's Fitness".

Yup, best way to go about it. Even focusing on some bad things and the ways to correct them.
 
I have a notebook filling up with ideas and outlines. The plan so far is:

January 1 - "The Life of Brian" - an introduction to who I am, so that viewers know what they are watching (i.e., not a fitness superstar, just a guy learning and doing)

January 8 - "Facts and Figures" - a look at where I am right now, including a caliper assessment, and hopefully a hydrostatic tank and Bod Pod assessment if I can round up the funds.

January 15 - A journal entry of my first week or two of lifting and workouts

January 22 - An episode focused on the basics of workouts, so that other couch potatoes like I was have some basic info to get started.

Then there will be episodes focused on each muscle group, and diet, and cardio, and then any guests and events I find.
 
enough with this journal shit...get your fat lazy ass to the gym and sweat. if you going to do a video it should be the 1 million excuses to not hit the gym hard! you would have great success from what i've read in past threads!
