Keep in mind, the Tri-cep's make for 2/3 rds arm.size, bomb those babies right and you'll be stretching that tape.

Alot of fks put too much emphasis on the bis,. But "Arm's" in general get a good solid bench, and some serious pulling movements down, rows etc. Your arms will.grow.

But , just putting it out there that those Tris account for 2/3 your arms girth (can rather, if fully developed )

Oh yea man, the couple sets of overhead extensions are what helped me stretch that tape. I'll definitely be hitting arms harder now that they get their own day with shoulders.
 
Yea my tri's are and always have been one of my best points, my bicep is a little lacking actually. Tri's make my bi's look small...

Neo1 I am about 198 myself right now. Only fat I carry is lower belly and lower back. I'm lean everywhere else. Gonna cut myself in about a month. Should probably wait till next cycle but I am going to split it. I'm just too impatient I want to see that beach bod. It's been a long damn time.. And to be honest Im sure after the cut that I will be in the best shape of my life. I've been a pretty small guy most my life.

Yeah I don't have super long, full bis either bro. I'm just training fairly hard and not eating too super much just yet. I'm hoping this will promote more lean mass gain. If I can stay at the bf I'm at and gradually get up to 200, 210, 220 over several cycles while not getting fatter I'll be thrilled!
 
Seems like we are shooting for about the same goals and pretty similar build. You may have a tad bigger frame than me.
I’m on my first tren cycle and trying to bulk. (Clean bulk) I have been eating 3500 to 5000 cals a day and I am still leaning up. I tell ya I read a lot of bad stuff about it and almost didn’t try it. But so far I am handling it well. Other than pissing a lot and a little sweating at night I’m golden. Had to pay attention to my asshole ism and keep that in check too. Lol..
Running test low and slowly bumping up the tren. I love this stuff it kicks everything else’s ass. If u have trouble leaning out may wanna give it a shot sometime if you have not already. It’s not for everyone they say. But I know I’ll run it again. I don’t have many cycles under my belt either I am just taking it slow. I’m an impatient mf so that’s why I went with tren but I do try pay attention to my body, doing this to better the quality of my life not make it worse.
 
Yeah man I've been experimenting with m-trienolone pre workout a few times and it makes me feel pretty good maybe slightly annoyed at stuff but calm. I have some base too. I'm sure it's not the same as being on ace, E or parabolan but it gives me an idea of how I react to tren type compounds. When I do run it ill probably keep tren low and maybe combine with EQ (someday) as I need to minimize hairloss. My frame is fairly small for being 5' 9" so it's hard to look "big". I'm trying to fill out my muscle bellies as much as is possible. I'm still only eating 3-4 times a day- sometimes up to 5- as dictated by my appetite.
