Thank brother for that kind complement, but I'm just any average bear really, (Not PoohBear tho..Lol..! )
Just try & share what I've learned in my journey, the best I can parlay .

Learned a lot on forums, and my own research, and trial & error. And still learning.

I always say,. Even to this day we should 'all' strive to learn something new/different every day.

Makes us better rounded , more adaptable to our surrounding's.

They say, the only "constant" , is "Change".

& When it comes to our body's ( we have just one), it's our Temple, care for it as such, and it will take care if you, (no guarantees of Course,. But better likely.
