New to the community, so I figured I'd start with a nice topic to get everyone's opinion and a way for myself to mingle with the group, cheers everyone!
TOPIC: What mainstream Body-building myths need to get debunked once and for all?
The Question: The internet, television, magazines and social media is full of regurgitated nonsense or simply fabricated malarkey, hoopla info or some new nutrition or work out routine fad, and for whatever reason these just don't seem to go anything even after sport medicine and nutrition science rips it a new asshole, they still stay floating about..
Let's hear your take on some body-building myths..Hell it can even be about diets or fads that should be debunked once and for all!
1st) For myself personally as it hits home, I'd like to see roid-rage vanish, but we all know that's never gonna happen..I'm a very reserved person and in fact I can be very quite..Like anyone else, I can possess anger, its natural, but the moment I highlight something that bothers me or find something unacceptable my decision and actions are immediately questioned or side-eyed.. My father always said; Men with the biggest HEARTS have the worst tempers,because they are PASSIONATE about every aspect in LIFE.. I'm a lot like my pops,we're passionate people,if our team lost we'd loss our minds..I mostly never lose my wig, but if I did it's a perfectly natural thing, everyone has a moment now and then..I'm not suggesting that Tren has never effected my behavior, but for the most part I'm always in control and this whole stigma about losing control to the point you want to flip cars and smash the earth is utterly ridiculous, with little to no control over yourself..
2nd) Secondly, I'd like to see this gluten free warnings/diets and YOU MUST EAT CLEAN take a sail..According to the founders (head scientists) whom made the "gluten allergy" known even call bullshit on going gluten free, and claim that it's merely ONLY for people with Celiac or with TRUE gluten allergy which is very rare..This whole gluten intolerance is all in peoples heads,believing that they are sick..So, if the original doctors that published this info call bullshit on gluten, than that speaks volumes IMO, after all, they are the ones that made it known..Far as eating clean, don't be a slob that simple, be a mature adult and be responsible with your diet/health, don't eat SHIT..You don't entirely have to eat CLEAN but you don't have to go without, enjoy food, moderation..How f**** hard is this sh*t?!??!
3)I'll start... Do crunches for abs.. or concentration curls for a higher peak..
4) If I took roids, I'd look like him too
