I kinda guess that would depend on what kinda factory.

Factory and warehouse material handlers do a lot of heavy lifting and moving around. I once worked in warehouses and using the pallet jack to move large items on pallets to load/unload trucks and bringing materials to the floor...even that takes effort and energy.

Coworkers, there are very very lazy! They only want to do the very bare minimum! Do not want to help and constantly avoid work. And they have the worst attitudes!!! I went crazy on one last week for his mouth. I almost went too far actually. I was following him and cussing him him really causing a scene.
But his mouth!!! He’s young and weird asf and has a mouth that would make anyone loose there cool.
And they gossip and twist words and snitch on each other all day.
Then it’s always a race war at work .
Working with women is also a challenge. They are the worst at these games. I ve learnt to not say to much and always be on guard with them .
They’ll have you in the office or in drama fast!
So I just try to stay to myself and do my job and go the extra mile. Not only is it what there paying me for. The day goes by faster if I stay productive. And it keeps me out of trouble.
I mostly talk to the Hispanics and a few gym buddies who have started working out.
My supervisor is a gym buddy who got me the job. But even with him I try to be careful with talking to much . I know if push comes to shove on the job he along with everyone else will look out for themselves.
I’ve learnt factory jobs the ball rolls down hill fast. And everyone is making sure it don’t roll themselves. Even if that means pushing you in front of it to block their path.
