I don't think it really matters. I'm off cycle now and just take 2 250mg caps with first meal and 2 250mg caps with last meal. If I was on cycle I'd just double my dosage up to 2 grams per day.

No it's just to keep your bile ducts from clogging up. It'll keep bilirubin low. That's the main problem with oral AAS, drug-induced Cholestasis. Before I ever knew about this in 05 when I ran superdrol, with liv-52 for "protection" this happened to me. Started off with just itchy skin which was from the build up of bilirubin. Then slowly I lost my appetite and the itching got worse where I'd be itchy all over my body from head to toe 24/7. My appetite was so bad I could barely eat 200 calories a day and the smell of food made me feel like puking. A few days later I noticed my eyes had turned yellow. At that point I went to the ER. They told me my liver had "shut down". A week or so went by in the hospital and now I was entirely bright yellow from my head to my toes and my skin started to stink. I was about 250 pounds before this all started and maybe a month in I was down to 160 pounds and could barely walk from all the muscle loss. I don't have a clear memory of this because it was so long ago and I was so out of it. I lost control of bowel movements and was crapping in my pants. My wife told me I tried to call her on the phone, even though she was right there with me and I just didn't realize it. Not something I want to ever go threw again.

For now I stay away from the really harsh orals and rarely even use mild ones and when I do I make sure to have TUDCA.
