Time to get to work

Done a little bit of research on here and a few other forums, thought I’d make a post to introduce myself as well, I am a 29 year old male, Work about 10-12 hours a day, hit a powerlifting gym 3-4 times a week. I love humor of any kind and can handle someone telling me how it is if I’m going in the wrong direction.

Right now I am on a 2,000 calorie a day diet and trying hard to cut, I ran a couple cycles of Super DMZ 3.0(go ahead and giggle 🤭) but didn’t really get results I wanted, right now I’m about 220 lbs and hoping to cut to 190 and was really hoping to run an Anavar cycle, I’ve read lots of different information on how much to take(5Mgs to 100mgs a day) and what to cycle with(the main ones were Tren, Test E, and Winistrol).

Not sure if it matters but the workout routine is hypertrophy based, high reps, low weight, with a little cardio. My max totals are as follows: Bench- 235 Squat- 385 Deadlift - 410. I’d eventually like to really up those numbers, especially bench, but for now I’m focused on cutting, I’ve always wanted the shredded look and gotten really close a couple times, but never quite there. I can post pictures if ya want.

Thanks in advance!! Also I keep regular diaries of my workouts and lots of notes on everything. I find it helps a lot, really look forward to contributing to this forum and becoming a part of.

Welcome to The Underground.

If you’re thinking anavar is going to get you cut you’re going to be disappointed.
Anavar shines when you’re already say 10% or lower to really bring out definition and for strength increases without additional weight gain.

No offense my friend but a little more research is in order here.
 
Appreciate the feedback! I know I can’t rely on the stuff to do the work for me, the cutting diet I was on got me down to 205, the reason I’m back at 220 is I was in the ER for about a week due to illness, I couldn’t workout because my body needed time to recover.

Sorry I didn’t mention that above in my first paragraph, attached is a picture of me at 205. If not Anavar(maybe I just got excited) what would be my best option/options?

Do you have any cycle experience? What your training routine like?...any cardio?
 
I ran a couple cycles of Super DMZ 3.0, then cycled off it, four weeks each time, I was told I didn’t need to stack it with anything else so I did it solo which I’m learning now was wrong.

training consists of minimal cardio(I’ve done lots of cardio my whole life and have lots of experience with everything from CrossFit to cross country running) but the way it’s written right now I am doing
DAY 1
front squats 4 x 10
feet up bench 4 x 10
machine rows 4 x 10
seated DB press 4 x 10
lat pull downs 3 x 12-15
Assault bike HIIT 5/5/5

Day 2
Front squats 5 x 8
pause bench 5 x 8
DB flys 3 x 12-15
tricep press 3 x 12-15
machine rows 3 x 12-15
Assault Bike 5/6/5

Day 3
box dead lifts 4 x 10
good mornings 4 x 10
bench 3 x 8
DB rows 3 x 12-15
Assault Bike 5/7/5

i am open to any and all feedback.
 
Just one or the other? Which one is cyp? And yeah I get the post cycling stuff locally and I’m 95% sure it’s the correct stuff.

Which one is Cyp? Umm probably the one that says Test Cyp! im sorry man but I don’t think you’re ready for anabolics.
 
Sorry it can be confusing with the actual names and the scientific names. And what do you mean not ready? Like should I work on getting to where I plateau out more or I just haven’t done enough research? I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve read a lot but the good info mixes with the bad and I’m trying to sort it all out, I feel like one of the only ways I’m gonna do that is by asking a lot of questions even if they do seem a little off.
