If one obtained hgh in powder form, how would one get it tested..id imagine it be stable in a cool/cold environment as i understand it degrades..
Ive seen the raw offered for yrs but one sponsor on here has some and i got to tjinling of if it were possible to get real raw, id split some with my buddys..so say 10iu vial is like 12mg, a kit is 120mg ,10 kits 1.2g, etc...this would be a game changer..
Or did i just mentally masturbate again?

I may be wrong, { anyone, that does know better, please correct me. }

But , GH requires very sophisticated equipment, and if you notice when you re-constitute with bac water, there is a very prominent vacumn to the vial. I don't know if I'd trust just a Raw (unspecialized packaging of "bulk" Raw if doable., Now I get what your asking, because I thought back in the day 11+ years back I thought I'd see. Similar offer's.

GH is fermented in Mouse E~coli for one, synthesized in extreme cold condition. Then vac packed for a reason.


Interesting, but don't take this little tid-bit of mine for gospel, but you just cannot go wrong with the majority that are readily available now, BlueTops, black tops , Somatropin , GreyTops , Meditropes etc , and quit available & affordable right here in good Ole' U.S. of America. to
 
Yeah ive had crumbled puck no vac in vial gh yrs ago that was still good...
Im prob reaching..im gonna run peps/mk combo v4 i start back on with gh...but id like to explore this some more..

spectrofluorometry and HPLC methods?

Process:

"..ChemicalsHuman growth hormone was obtained from EliLilly and Company (Indianapolis, USA). Humatropewas a gift from Eli Lilly (Istanbul, Turkey). All chemicalswere of analytical grade. Buffer solution (potassiumdihydrogen phosphate, KH2PO4) was preparedwith deionized water by using an aquaMAX™ultra, Young instrument (Korea) ultrawater purificationsystem.Spectrofluorometric and chromatographic systemAll fluorescence measurements were done on aShimadsu RF-5301 PC spectrofluorometer equippedwith a 150 W Xenon lamp. Experimental parameterswere slit width 5.0 nm, λexc = 275 nm and λem = 335 nm.The HPLC system consisted of a ThermoseparationsSpectra Series P 4000 gradient pump coupledwith a Spectra System UV 6000 detection and a ThermoseparationsAS 3000 auto sampler, a SCM 1000vacuum membrane degasser, a SN 4000 system controller.The detector was set at 220 nm, which was thewavelength used for quantification. Separation wasoperated on a Luna reversed-phase C18 column withparticle size of 5 μm (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.) using awater mobile phase consisting of 0.1% H3PO4 at aflow rate of 0.5 ml min-1. Phosphate buffer was preparedin double distilled filtered water and its pH wasadjusted to 7.4±0.02 with sodium hydroxide solution.Standard solutions were prepared as 1.25-50 μg mL-1(1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 μg mL-1) forspectrofluorometry and 10-75 μg mL-1 (10, 20, 30, 40,50 and 75 μg mL-1) for the HPLC method.The quality control (QC) samples were preparedby adding aliquots of standard working solution ofgrowth hormone to final concentrations of 2, 12.5 and35 μg mL-1 for the spectrofluorometry and 15, 35 and60 μg mL-1 for the HPLC method.Procedure for pharmaceutical preparationHumatrope injectable form containing growthhormone (1.33 mg) was accurately weighed andtransferred into 10 mL volumetric flask and 2 mL 25mM phosphate buffer solution was added. Further dilutionswere performed to suit the calibration graphsfor the spectrofluorometry and HPLC methods (15and 50 μg mL-1).Data analysisAll statistical calculations were performed withthe Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS)for Windows, version 10.0. Correlations were consideredstatistically significant if calculated P valueswere 0.05 or less..."
