Getting ready to brew up some sust 250 for the first time. I'm thinking of using the following recipe-

Ba- 2%

Bb- 20%

I would really rather use less bb but don't want to risk it crashing. Would like some ppl to chime in

Bump... that sounds about right but I'd like to know as well. That's the % i used when converting fina but sustanon may be different.?

15% will work in coconut oil, ' maybe" gso too, but no problem in coconut, or migoil840

I ended up going with 2%ba and 15%bb
Mct oil as carrier
Worked out just fine

Glad it worked out, I've seen some simple brews as.low as 1% ba & 15 bb too, in fact there may be a sponsor here advertising as such..? Someone's list....?

This will work just fine, the BB actually makes it a little thinner gear.

Was told 18-20% with grapeseed.

If using gso I always go 20% for Sust 250

When I cooked sust used

2% BA
18% BB
In MCT oil

Smooth, not PIP, no crash
