Just leaving this 24 hr. place i joined last month, seems on Sunday's right after work I get the whole place to myself.

Had a tremendous workout, Inspite​ of the fact I just worked a 12. This is my new Sunday go to place, several nifty places near by to grab some good viddles.
Waiting on my eggs and Pancakes now.

Running a gram of EQ (BOld & Cyp ) 600& r
400 respectively, bout a gm test various, sometimes base /suspension pre w/o, not always. Drol n Dbol deca, fast & reg . When I remember GW, (today I did & loved the endurance & pump) have been using Ostarine too. GH & T-4, that's about it, throwing in a Slin protocol when I can obligate and do it right { hectic schedule} & some days are just a dragging like crazy (midnights ) curr on 12's again.

So it's hard to even squeeze in the.proper Training, but do when I can.

I try for three brutal sessions, like today was back shoulders & upper (incline ) & decline chest normally through in flys at the end, not today. So tomorrow off just eat take care of errands $leep , next up will be an arm bomb.

Truth be told, I've been neglecting legs still, and when I do get with it, *Look* out there gos an easy 10-12 lbs back on my frame. Just gotta do it, and quit talking about it.

Sometime toward the end of February, I'm throwing in Primo @ 650-700 min, dropping the test in half, maybe less, 300min, probably just Enanth, unless I go with a short ester Prop/Ace, will.be done with Drol, & Dbol in a few weeks, then will.be just Anavar (the Primo will.overlap the last five weeks of the EQs .., then I'll seek.out a Gary Udit NPC show, have already been looking at the schedule, Pittsburgh, and/or West Virginia maybe two back to back, just for fun, see if I can re~qualify.

That’s one hell of a cycle! I’m not much of a fan of Bold Cyp but regular EQ is great. Love drol, dbol is ok. Very interested in watching your progress on this man! Keep it up!
 
The vascularity is crazy on you.
