Summer prep

Yes I know you all are thinking a summer cutter...but this is my summer prep to lose some bf and lighten up before it gets too hot! You see I drive for big brown, and from June to the end of august is brutal in the sooner state. I have been on hcg for 5 weeks @ 200iu eod. I have introduced test at 62.5mg eod two weeks ago. I am feeling much stronger and my endurance is much improved. I have went from 212lbs to 200lbs without killing myself with diet. Very hard to eat every 3-4 hours out delivering. My goal by end of may is 185-190lbs. This I hope will help me perform at a high level when the temps are pushing 125 degrees in the back of my brown limo...lol! Suggestions are always welcome brothers.

SO you get ton of extra exercise on job ? Thats good, are you still having energy to train? get some liquid protien to feed while on job whether it be premade in can or you mix your own in thermos, Beef jerky can be easy too all protien no carbs but get a natural made none of the processed ones- read label. Clen/t3/ ephedrine are other good chems I have used iver the years ti curb appetite , increase metabolism and nutrient partitioning

Thanks for the reply brother...thought my thread was dead. I train 4 days a week. Don't train real heavy...up to 60% of max probally. I don't think my goal of 185-190 will happen by end of may. Since introducing test I have leveled off on weight loss. Starting to put on a little muscle. I really do love being able to respond on such low dosages!!! Anyway, maybe 190 by end of june...lol.
