Done this a few times.

I sleep with this on my stomach at night, then wake up and do 7-10 minutes of fasted sprints.
Chug water before and after.

It really makes a difference in stubborn abdominal fat. Basically cool sculpting with me burning off the freed fatty acids first thing in the morning.
