Skipping the Arnold

I have decided that i will not compete in the Arnold this year to give the other heavyweights a break...lol!!!

Like my ass could stand with those guys. Im happy with how im looking these days after my liver transplant Feb 11th 2016 & Ecmo machine in medically induced coma May of 2017. Im glad to be alive & able to go to the gym 6 days a week like i do & ill be 55yrs old in just less than 2 weeks.
