Ok, here is another one I did this week.

Shoulders

Internal and External Rotation using cables - 12, 10, 10

Seated DB Overhead Press - (10, 8, 6, 6)

Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Press (plate load) - 10, 8, 6, 5

Standing Single Arm Side Lateral Raises - 15, 12, 10, 10 (feet together next to smith machine upright, holding upright with arm that isn't being used - leaning as far out as I can)

EZ Bar Upright Rows - 15, 12, 10

Standing Alternating Front Delt Raises - 15, 12, 12, 10

Rear Delt Flyes on Pec Fly Machine - 12, 10, 8

Leverage Shrugs (Hammer Strength Lunge Plate Load) - 12, 10
Dumbell Shrugs - 10, 10

Done and flat gassed!
