Hey brothers I'm on the upside of a grade 2 AC separation and was curious what shoulder or upper body lifts y'all thought would most benefit me.
i know i need to get my surrounding muscles in order before i can really get back to training hard.
Not much pain anymore but got that weird popping every now and then depending on what motion i make.
I lost a ton of strength in the past year but am confident i can push through it to get where i want to be.
