Blew out my knee years ago in football... ACL/MCL/Meniscus/Cartilage.

Every time I do any significant amount of moderate to high intensity cardio, fills up with fluid for the next 2-3 days and I'm worthless to train lower body, play basketball, etc.

Will bpc-157, TB500, hgh... Anything help with this?

What Does BPC-157 Do?

BPC-157 is surprisingly free of side effects, and has been shown in research that’s been happening since 1991 to repair tendon, muscle, intestines, teeth, bone and more, both in in-vitro laboratory “test-tube” studies, in in-vivo human and rodent studies, and when used orally or inject subcutaneously (under your skin) or intramuscularly (into your muscle).

Not the same injury as you but I’m 4 years post tibial plateau fracture/injured tibia so plates for joint and rod to ankle.

Like you I deal with fluid retention in knee on a daily basis. I’ve used BPC in the past with no success, however I’ve been using turmeric along side a water pill with decent success. I’ve found that I get more fluid build up on bike than I do with treadmill, and ironically the least on the stair master I guess from the motion of the break. I wear a high compression sleeve while doing cardio and then use the ice knee pack for 20 mins and I’m usually “okay” the next day.

Leg day usually leaves me unable to do cardio the following day without pain so my split just utilizes a rest day post legs.
