Anyone eat, or rather drink em? If so, what do you mix them with?

I drink 8 raw eggs everyday. I used to cook them but its was a lot to eat. I found that drinking thwm is faster and less filling so i can eat my oatmeal too.

I just do the liquid egg whites in a carton, about 1/3 rd of a pint each protien shake, so I'm pouring a bit of whole milk a scoop of. Either of the Beverly product, ON or whatever decent whey isolate formula I'm using at the time.

Something that would be /and is "rather" delicious
from experience​.

Is to put about 5 frozen strawberries, 2-3 tablespoon of Heavy whipping cream or half n half if don't want that percentage of Fat in a blender.

but I take in my share of Fat, either from nuts, Avacado, the cream mentioned, I use butter, whole eggs I scramble on the "snotty" /loose side with toast,or boiled potatoes.

But the shake recipe above I didn't finish, just add some liquid egg whites,a scoop of your Favorite protien powder.

With the cream, it's just like a creamy strawberry ice cream, delicious...!

With eggs, if you put a fresh egg/eggs in your shake (you should nuke.em for 30 sec., There is a compound in em' called Aviden ...? << Spell check.? (Avidan..? ) That interferes with the absorbtion of Biotin.

Put in a dish with saran wrap over, poke a.whole.on the yolk with a toothpick & micro for 30sec. & It kills the aviden. But, as I said, I like my eggs (whole, all six ). Scrambled wet.

Used to "eat" 18 eggs a day along with a pound each chx, & beef 90% , then all.the carbs, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. (Oats twice a day ), veggies, salads plus a few blender concoction"s. Daily, to the tune of about 7K+ calories.

Thats a lot. 7k is a lot of food. I cant eat a lot at one time but i eat a lot throughout the day. At my most 7 meals 50gms protein every meal. Veggies every meal and then a potato or beans.

Yes it is..! Trust me, I'm trying to get back to there again, sorta, but nowadays I fill.the voids with too much shit food , which I tolerate well, I'd just rather get back to.my old meal plan, as that's what got me.to 241 lbs 11 years ago,

I'm 52 now and probably average 5500 or.so Cal's , cuz I'm just not anal about my food prep as.i was (too much on my plate.. << no.pun.., but I'm trying & it's keeping me stuck at about 205-210 now varies daily, I still.easily eat 10 eggs a day, Oatmeal , or Cream of wheat twice.

& my share of home cooked sausage's, Chops, beef Pattie's, occasionally a slab.of Salmon (sounds like a winner for tonight, I just may....! )

Once In Awhile , not often McDonald's..! Bran Muffin & donuts from Dunkin . I stay lean fortunately. Very active, & train like a fool. Lol...!

& Yes, usually through out the day, I eventually had to start making certain to take something in each 2 1/2 hours instead of 3+, that's all that would work for me.

And at work, they'd jokingly say "Eating Again" , but they
knew my goals & was clearly a person that could get away with it, alot of guys were, & still are jealous, or just don't get it.. why their Fat, or having Medical issues, & some "younger" than I.

I Love this lifestyle, wouldn't have it any other way.

Yea i used to be like that too. 100% clean eating but i realized that im never gonna compete or turn pro so i can balance my goals with my life. So i eat clean 80% of the time and hit my goals macro wise but i also eat out occasionally, I love buffet lol, and eat the occasional double whopper. I can maintain a healthy lifestyle and look good but also enjoy the things in life that make it good.

My friends used to call me crazy and make fun of me b coz if what i ate and how much i ate. Now they all ask how i got to whete im at and wanna work out with me. I keep trying to tell them that its a daily grind and there isnt any short cuts. My friend keeps wasting his money on gainers. I keep telling him save ur money and buy real food. He said it makes him shit all the time but he keeps taking them. Some people never learn lol

I hear ya, Iv'e still got the bug so-to-speak , I won my weight class @42 (lil' over 10 years now ) at a National Qualifier (HW ), was chasing the Pro-Card, came close but life sorta got in the way, training took a back seat, and just two years ago now, about this time I weighed a mere 148.

And said fuck this, starter hitting the weight's again , going in two years come February that I've been "On" manager to get as high as 217 about a year now ,but like I said I fluctuate wildly. Shooting for 225 for now. @ 52

Actually want to do another National Qualifier in a few months (Classic Physique ). Wish me Luck, lol..

No, dead serious, I wanna do this b4 I ether "can't" or too Old.

Wow!! over 50 lbs in 2 yrs? 8 yrs ago i started at 165 now 228. Im 4 yrs younger than you. To accomplish that much is pretty damn impressive. You must have good genetics. I wish you the best. Do it for us old guys lol

Thank you very much, I liken it to "Muscle Memory" but some.dint believe in it..??IDK, but I still.know.how.to train, I don't just go to the few gyms I belong to look at girls, or take up machine space, I get er done, then I "FEED" ..Lol

I used to drink some raw eggs with orange juice to mask the taste but I came across some information awhile back that claims the absorption of raw egg protein is only about 50%. It's much higher when the eggs are cooked.

Eggs may be famous for their protein content, but if you're eating them raw, you could be getting shortchanged on this macronutrient. A study published in the October 1998 issue of the "Journal of Nutrition" found that only 51 percent of the protein in raw eggs is digested after consumption, compared to 91 percent for cooked eggs -- meaning nearly half of the protein in a raw egg exits your body unabsorbed. The study's researchers explain that heat alters the shape of an egg's protein molecules, granting your body better access to the peptide bonds that hold together amino acids.
