Would you guys solit a 5iu dosage into 2.5am/2.5pm or just do all five ius before bed?
Also thinkin about doin 10ius a day. Would you split that as well?
 
I personally have split and have done all at one time and never noticed a diff. I like in the AM or post workout.

I would work up to 10.

First off I an not a GH expert and this is just my opinion on what I have researched.

I believe there is certainly a limit to how much HGH user can take at one time before some of that HGH not necesseraly becomes wasted or useless, but not as effective as if you were to take a smaller amount. This is one reason why users choose to split their doses throughout the day to get the most out of their dose.

There are different protocols on HGH use. Some take it ED, some 5/2, some 6/1 some EOD etc etc, and as everybody is different you need to experiment with these protocols to know excatly what suits you best. Yes this can be expensive but it's the only way to be as sure as possible.

The most current research shows that the more closely you can replicate the natural pulsation of HGH/GF1 the more effective HGH is for growth.

According to datbtrue: "The frequency of pulses were the most important factor in increasing growth. 9 better then 3 better then 1 better then continuous. The duration of the pulse didn't matter so long as it was still viewed as a single pulse by the body."

Generally I would use one dosage a day if up to 5iu and above this divide it, use 5iu AM first thing in the morning, this will yield in most individuals the best IGF1 response, but it's not a must, and you may use it post workout with great success as well, trial and see, really depends on multiple factors such as your daily schedule and specific response
 
I always do single dose a day. Done split but never noticed a difference. And when taking AAS and slin on top of it, a lot of daily injections that I like to minimize if I can.

What exactly would i expect adding IGF1? I read it all but i still don't fully understand
