I never like them very much; every time i did them with dumbbell i felt my triceps too much. But i wanted to show you this; i train in a very old boxing gym that has some very old machines donated by the local air force base; there are about 12 NAUTILUS machines in a great condition , they work perfectly; this particular one is a pull-over machine...this is very old school. This machine just make the lats work out awesome i usually super set it with bent over rows or pull downs behind the neck and is just brutal...you can feel the lower insertion of your lats like no other...Do you do pull-overs
