I'm getting repeated emails in my tutanota and protonmail account saying too verify my account the emails look the same and come from the same return email these are Definitely hack attempts beware.

I got this yesterday to my proton but the dumbass forgot to change the signature and footer so it said “Tutanota” at the bottom. Idiots.

I called back one of those Indian IRS scams the other day at work and got all the way to them telling me to get in my car and drive to Walmart before he figured out I was fucking with him. He called me an asshole lol.

When I see 'em I trash 'em. Even Protonmail's security team sent emails to all to make everyone aware of the scams and showing how to identify if an email is a scam.

Best thing to do is trash the email immediately and NOT clicking any links in it. If you ever do get a read receipt message dialog box, click NO so as not to alert scammers you opened that email.

I deal with this sort of shit every day at my job.

LMAO, I used to do that for fun giving scammers/phishers the big virtual middle finger. Maybe I should chat with that Nigerian who has money for me haha.

I'm getting the same at my tutanota account as well. When I see 'em....they go right to the trash.
