I just want to take a minute to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of PharmaLady! She is very well spoken and very knowledgeable! I had a couple questions about a product i cant find anywhere else, and she immediately reponded with exactly what i wanted to hear. Im really kind of shocked at how i was treated considering i wasnt buying anything right away. But it really needs to be acknowledged that D-Red and PharmaLady are the two kindness hearted people i have ever met on ANY forum ANYWHERE!! With their lists and prices I highly doubt i will ever have to shop ANYWHERE ELSE..EVER! Thank you for your kindness PharmaLady! I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

First experience with her or him recently winning a contest. Worst sponsor I've ever dealt with. No wonder he or she is gone from this board. Extremely poor communication skills and is refusing to ship contest winnings.
 
I have been following KIN's issue at Thefitnessboard.com and this sponsor is making all kinds problems for him to collect a contest prize. She has turned a minor problem into something that could have been taken care of very easily.

KINs is a great friend and in no way did he approach her and say the things she claims. I hope everything works out well for him and he get his winnings.

Supposedly it's being shipped but we will see. Not even sure I'd trust the gear after all this fuss.

It all stemmed from a huge ego trip from the rep you were emailing. Maybe you made a few comments they didn't like, he/she just got intimidated/butthurt.

This is an example of poor customer service - being intolerant to customer concerns or complaints. A business is supposed to kindly deal with such issues, not antagonize an already displeased customer. Whether it's a paying customer, or contest winner - they put themselves out there to offer free gear so they need to honor it.

They fucked themselves by handling it this way. Me and probably a dozen other guys are turned off by this and they will likely lose thousands of dollars over this bullshit fiasco they started, not to mention the ripple effect this will have for months to come. They also didn't calculate how much we'd blow this up.

All the rep could say is "why didn't you handle it through PMs bro?" Because that hush hush bullshit obviously didn't work. Your boss or your co-workers kept giving Kins a hard time so after while we all need to know what's going on - so until they develop some ethics we know to steer clear of their entitled attitude, which by the way is ironic considering the status of what you're selling. But hey, if they got some ego-trip/peace of mind out of all this, then I guess they have no regrets...

Thanks so much Argon. You nailed everything on the head in this post!. She actually emailed me to ask my address to ship the items from my contest. I don't know if I can trust he or she or whoever it is with my address now though. This wasn't a nice email either. It's highly condescending. Even towards other sources, saying and I quote here,
