Tudca I wouldn't go below 1 gram per day. Nac is destroyed in the stomach and does little to nothing. You want IM glutathione in place of NAC. Aminos Unlimited carries it, not sure if they are still a sponsor here though. Sorry, it's not OTC, but it's way better than NAC.

I agree bro, tudca is a must. Didn't know NAC is destroyed in the stomach. I've been wasting my$. I'll have to look into IM gluthione.

Did some research yesterday...never found info on NAC being destroyed in the stomach. I'll keep looking.

I only take synthergine now, no point in taking anything else, best stuff out there, I used to take tudca, nac, and milk thistle, I also do a liver detox but that's a whole different thing for a heavy oral run.

I've done bloodwork on tudca with im glutithione at 200mg a week and with 500mg tudca and 1200mg nac a day. Numbers were in range with the nac and i was running harsher orals

Yeah but did you also do bloodwork without the NAC included in that?
 
Bloodwork twice. Tudca and glut only and tudca and nac only. Although i probably should of dosed the glut 3x a week instead of 1
