Happy with the growth with my lats, triceps, and delts.....both pics were taken on a cut, currently entering week 15 of my cutting cycle. Wish the lighting was better on the 2018 pic but oh well, damn Go Pro doesn't have a flash....temp1.jpg

Darn good progress for a year. You really made solid gains and here’s to more gains!

You were already a decent size before, but you definitely got broader lats and thicker in the delts and arms.

Once you get to a decent size it really takes hard work to keep progressing to the next level, even on gear. Something I've realized lately.

Probably have to add slin and gh at that point if II wanna really shatter that plateau right?

Thanks for the compliment man, my max on flat bench barbell press shot up from 245 lbs to 300 lbs, my max on incline barbell press went from 225 lbs to 265 lbs, used to struggle to get 2 to 3 reps on flat bench dumbbell press at 105 lbs and now I'm hitting a solid 5-6 reps on 125 lbs. Standing military press went from 135 lbs to 155 lbs....hit seated Military's today for a one max rep of 225 lbs....can't wait to start putting food back in my system and see where everything goes, excited is an understatement.
Dope! What kinda increases did you see in your lifts?

Agreed, sheer will power and hard work are need just as much as gear....that's why I love bodybuilding in general, not for the faint of heart and takes so much commitment inside and outside of the gym.

Lol, yeah but I'm only 3 cycles in, 5'9" 192lbs so I'm hoping I have a bit more room to grow just on gear for a while atleast until a muscular 210-220 that would be huge for my smaller frame.

Exactly. You have to train hard when natural as well as on gear to get results. The difference in being enhanced is that you get results equal to the work you put in. It's like getting paid more for doing the same job.
