In my mid 40s and training seriously again. Thanks for suggestions and help via forum and dm.
Ended cut cycle +5lb and somewhere around -5%bf. Here’s a vacation pic. Looking forward to 14 more weeks for 2nd run.

Thanks. I was serious in my 20s then went dad-bod for a decade. In later 30s I had a major thoracic reconstruction - broken sternum/ribs, which I had to start working out again to heal proper. So I spent 3 years naturally progressing before starting any cycling.

Actually was at a walking street gogo bar in Thailand. About as far from FloraBama as you can get. Lol

I'd like to take my wife to a nudie bar in Thailand or China . She always goes with me here in the states . Now she will really go since she got her boob job .
