Occlusion training

Anyone try occlusion band training? Biceps? What kind of results did you have?

The issue I was having when I started occlusion training was not knowing if I was restricting too much or if it was not enough. I do believe that the training is beneficial and the concept is legit but there is a fine line in determining in how much restriction is needed in order not to cause any harm or damage. I will admit that I was not using straps but resistance bands as my occlusion device. I mostly just applied it to bis and tris and just once per week.
 
I just started doing it this week. I tore my brachialas a few months ago and have not been able to do any remotely heavy biceps training, so I thought this might be a way go still maintain. Sucks...I've lost over half an inch on my right bicep, and 1/4 on my left bicep.
 
I’ve done it a lot in the past. Supposedly It is really effective for injuries. Everytime I added it into my program I was progressively overloading, so I was probably going to see results either way. One thing I can say is the pump is painfully awesome. I’ve really only done it for arms.
