New to this.

Been wanting to get the real scoop on gear for a while now. Someone told me about this site/forum and boom..I'm overwhelmed. Tons of info. Basically I'm looking to take it to the next level. With gear and all. I really don't know much about it. Trying to see as a beginner what should be the next step. All help is much appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
