Very "Realistic" goal..! And time frame to do so, probably even sooner you'll meet your goals.

It takes discipline, consistency day in day out.

But you don't have to live like a monk, nor eat like a rabbit.

"Desire" is where it starts, and you've also found a good motivated community, more than willing to help this that participate, and need advice, give back via comments ,
get involved time permitting... Here I mean, don't have to troll the board like I do...lol.. !

Welcome....! Stay Inspired..!

Ask away...! You'll get (Tons) of feedback. Guys are great here.

2 years ago I went from 255 of fat to 190 pretty solid. Got my bench all the way up to 1rm of 340 and significantly increased all my other lifts. A lot has happened over the past 8 months of my life and I lost focus of my goals and aspirations in fitness and went all the way back to 225. So I'm beyond excited to get to where I want to be and have learned not to let life get in the way of my goals! Thanks for the words of inspiration!

You'll be back down there before you know it. Welcome man!
