Hello brothers of the HU!

I'm new to the forum so just wanted to introduce myself. Found this place from another post and I'm glad I did. A lot of good information going around so excited to learn some new things. Been lifting on and off for quite a few years but have got plenty to learn and I believe I can learn what I need to right here.
