What ya think about this. IDEA for sunday came from Westside louie simmons though applied to all 3 vs just deadlift.It was a dead routine for those built to deadlift.. 15x1 @ 60% 30 seconds rest...Every week you go up till your at 85% which u then drop to 6-8x1 with longer rest periods.. So Im doin SQUAT BENCH DEAD ALL on SUNDAY..then some overload and assistance mid week till sundays get heavy and ill soften up on mid week and inc sundays intesity possibly goin 3 x week one lift each @ 90% for 6x1 for week or 2 then shoot for 105%

Bench 15x1
DEAD 15x1
TUES Frontsquats 5x5 To one top end set
leg ext leg curls 3x10'
Stiffleg deads 3x6
abs hypers
WED Bench Lockouts 5x5 to one op end set working just lockout
Military press 5x3 to one top set of 3
Weighted dips -3x5
laterals rear delt flyes 2x10
Thurs Rack pulls or block pulls -top set of 3-5 mid shin to knee level start position
Cleans 5x2
Rows 3x5
chins-3x5
shrugs 2x10
curls -3x5
abs
FRI SAT OFF and eat like a mfer repeat Sunday going up 2.5%
 
Hit week 3 day 1 sunday...I shifted days over and was SORE AS FUCK!!! friday meant to be thirdsday was rack pulls..i pulled a 725lb pr mid shin conb=ventional day after doing lockouts dips ohp...side pecs felt like they were legit tearing off. Sunday 2 days later(or one rest day later i had to do 15x1 sqyats bench deads ..475 dead usually feels like bar to me but ill tell you every set HURT in a good way but soreness is kicking my ass,,,i gotta tone down the "midweek " workouts..no more 725 singles but maybe 650x3
 
OK SO SUNDAYS ARE AT 75% this week..I hit overload TUES(squat anderson 605) wed(slingshot365x3, even tho i hit 355 raw last year in november,) thurs(reverse band deads 585 conventional,,,stopped before going to 700,,tues after overload ans assistance i did stiff leg deads and tweaked back MINIOR muscle PULL) but almost thre 100lbs on and said sfk it..but next week i got it...Im learning my conventional is strong if not stronger than my sumo... I pulled 585( FOR THREE REPS) few months back after 2 heavy sessions of conv deads..then 725 from mid shin which is usually barley more than regular dead.knee level sure i can rep my max but midshin im lucky to get 25 to 50lbs over my 1rm for 1 rep..i dont work that pos often enough.. So ik thinking if i trained conv all year i might be pulling over 700 quicker but im hitting 700 sumo first in a meet anyways and then ill decide if i shoud switch

its getting brutal but i hit 85 % i think im goin from sun tue wed thur to AXING sunday and doin 3 x week squat bench dead 5x1 up to 95 %..then ill take the last week to PR say PR squats and bench on a monday then saturday pull a dead pr..then im goin into reg style training for nationals
 
Moved a week early to 3 x week... So basically it was 15x1 and i did all big 3(SBD) sunday starting at 60%. The program is 15x1 30 seconds rest working uo to 85% which you then do 6-8x1.. I chose 6x1.. And this was for deadlifts only but i applied again to all 3 on ONE DAY!!! THEN that wasnt enough and you probably don't wanna do all the assistance one one day(the whole basis of my experiment was from a short idea of one of Simmons routines with no write up just kinda of quick paragraph about how some lifters do this program there,,,no suggestions were given on assistance, a very brief paragraph in WESTSIDE BARBELL MANUAL ABOUT DEADLIFTS and singles IF and only IF u are "built to deadlift" lol).
So I started the 15x1 on Sunday and did assistance starting with a heavy af ME overload set(OVERLOAD- any lift that is like the squat bench or dead but allows you to use alot more weight, example partials aka "half reps",reverse bands, etc) 3 days in a row SQUAT BENCH DEAD Tuesday Wednesday, Friday.. So lets say Squats,,,sunday 15x1 30 sec rest...tuesday anderson squats -605 frontsquats,lunges leg ext leg curls all for high reps 10 or so etc..
Well now Im at like 75% or 80% (id have to look at my journal) butim feeling the soreness lol and I cut this week finally down to 3 days!!!
Wednesday(tomorrow) will be squats @ 6x1 (as programmed and going at 6x1 every week till i hit 95 % then week after i train 2 days,,,SQUAT BENCH MAX and day 2 DEAD MAX) then overload(anderson squats or reverse bands) front squats (ive never given these a chance so im working on form and trying to get a pump with light ass weights till I learn how to do them well, leg ext and leg curls etc...The close i get tothe end the less assitance I will do.... MAIN REASON FOR OVERLOAD(for myself ive run alot of programs that have you start at low %s and FOR ME I find that weeks of using light weights makes me...WEAKER SURPRISE!!! SO i HAVE to keep something heavy in at all times..everyones different but again periodization doesnt work well with me nor does 5,3,1 and other methods even with AMRAP it has me at 5 reps Im AMRAP @ like fking 20...well 20 reps is great condtioning but in meantime my muscles loose memory of that heavy weight and I will always belive in keeping atleast some HIT low reps in there
