Hey, new to the boards but not new to the game. I’ll be 49 in a few months and been lifting on and off since I was 16 or so. Really got back into it after my wife passed and I used bodybuilding as a way to let off some stress. First cycle in 20+ years was 4 years ago. Currently I’m 180 with 14% body fat. Goal for 2018 is to be around 190 and 10%, oh, I’m short as hell at only 5’6”. Looking forward to 2018.
