Nice site you all have here! I'm quite active on another site, but felt the need to spread out a little. I'm 47, 210lbs, roughly 10% bf, 5'9". I've done 4 test prop only cycles, two test p, tren ace mast p (one with drol and ghrp 6 and 2), and am currently running test p 700/week, mast p 700/week, NPP 400/week (ai, and caber of course) for a 10 week blast. I'm self prescribed TRT, so no more PCT for me, tho I do use HCG. I train no less than 6 days per week. I pretty much always carb cycle, and at this point it's not even a diet per se, it's just how I eat. Currently, I'm hitting at 4000 cals per day on training days with one high carb day, on Fridays. Sundays feature a low carb day at 150g. I believe in keeping food choices simple and prep methods simple to avoid dietary fuck ups. Diet is key in my book.
Looking forward to learning and sharing or helping where and when I can. I firmly believe that there is no end to what can be learned in the lifestyle. That's what keeps me going in some respect.
