Hi all, found this forum after looking through a few others, and I'm really liking the vibe here.
I'm 45, been around the gym for about 5 years, the first one or two don't count because I was just trying to figure out wtf I wanted to do there. Finally settled in and have started grooving along a bb path. I'm just shy of 6' and 190lbs. My goal is to add about 8-10lbs of muscle by the end of next summer and try to do into single digit bf.
I've run two cycles previously, first was just test, second was test & eq. I'll be starting my third in a couple weeks. Test Cyp (250), EQ (250) and Tren E (200) 2x/week. Plan is to run for about 15 weeks. I have Arimidex, Nolva, Caber, Clomid, and HCG on hand.
Any advice or recommendations are welcome!
There's so much I'm still learning.
