Hey There Everyone!!
I've been a long time lurker here, looking for pointers on whatever I can find... I've been a member of a couple other forums for a bit, but I feel like the wealth of info here is deeper and I always learn more.

A little about myself - I'm almost 36 years old, just a small time farm-boy trying to get through life at a desk. I've been lifting off and on my whole life, but finally got serious about programs and eating right about 5 years ago. I dropped a lot of weight and got on stage in Natty Physique for a couple of years, but yearned for more.

Currently I'm weighing in at right around 200 lbs, 18%BF, and just over 5'6".

I've spent the last couple years trying to get bigger, and I've been very disappointed with my progress. No matter how I ate, I only grew fat, no lean mass, and my lifts didn't progress like I wanted them to. Finally last year I had my testosterone checked - Low 200's - so doc put me on a very low TRT... like 100mg/wk low. I did start feeling some effects however.

After reading and researching forever I finally bit, and got a hold of my own gear for higher dosing. I've been on 500 mg/wk for a little more than 8 weeks now and I freaking love it!! Finally the changes I've wanted are coming through, and now I'm pretty sure I'm hooked!!

Looking to go on a cut for the spring to get ready for vacations, and maybe a Classic Physique show (MAYBE) so I'm trying to learn what I can do to get there...

Now I am learning more about what else is out there and how to manipulate it all to get the results I want - So y'all better be ready, I'm going to hound you guys for all the advice I can get to be on top of my game while I've still got it....
