mid 40s working out 6 days a week was thinking of starting small with 300 sust and 150 deca a week.
do I need a pct with such a low dose?
should I even use the deca ?
any other suggestions ?
used sust 250 almost 15 years ago had good results. no pct and no proplems. now I'm older just wanting some help.
I just want a little more test since I'm getting older to help with the workouts I'm thinking the deca will help with some bad joints as well.

150 is mighty low for deca. I think 300/300 would be a good, moderate starting point and you can assess from there.

I would recomand a PCT even for small doses.
250mg of susta would be a good start but I would take 400mg of deca, 200mg would be too mild.
Maybe try boldenone. What exactly is the length of your cycle?
What is the end goal with this cycle?
You could try a 3rd compound in the cycle, orals as a quick starter

Yes u need ai for cycle support and pct. Go start cycle I would skip the deca and run 500 of test e or C. I would skip the sust unless u use it as a kick starter . There will be some disagree with that cause they love sust . I do nudt one compound at a time to start with to see how ur body reacts to each compound . Just in my opinion of course.

a cycle of 6 to 8 weeks.
end goal just cut some fat and ad muscle not much. more of a boost than anything I love that feeling of wanting to workout not dreading it.
6-6 250lbs for over 3 months now ive been eating 250 to 290 g of protein a day less than 300 carbs a day keeping sugars and fats low.
 
My first cycle was 750 a week sust only 12wks, of course run aromasin to keep estrogen in check. I would personally leave the deca out for a first cycle as well.
 
I'd use Clomid and nolva . 50 Clomid every day for 4 weeks and 20 nolva for 2 weeks . plus if u run sust u going to have to wait 4 weeks to start post cycle ,
 
Diet is just as important and gear if its not dialed in it will hurt . 80% diet 20% Working out .
 
all i have is sust 300 and deca 300 and clomid 50mg I feel my diet is solid no junk and as little proceed food as possible no soda diet soda only water and protein shakes with one cup of coffee in the morning.
I'm going to just try 300mg of sust for 8 weeks then wait 4 weeks and do 50mg of clomid for 10 to 14 days.
unless you guys recommend anything else.

the only reason I wanted to add some deca was for joint pain. good idea or not?
 
Run the 10 weeks of u have one vial it's not going to make that much difference really .Just in my opinion
 
Brother I'd go 2 pins a week at 600 10wks. Don't worry about the deca get some cissus for joints. Get some aromasin to use as your estro control.

At 6-6 and 250 you may need a little more than just 250 of sust. I agree with some of the above mentioned but I would opt for a single estered hormone like enth or cyp at 500mg/wk at a min. of 10wks.

Cycling should not be a substitute for fat loss. A good cardio routine and a clean diet will is your best option. You'd be surprise how much your diet plays a role in fat loss.

AI and PCT are musts. Depending on which ester you cycle will depend when you start your PCT....roughly 3wks after last injection. Clomid and/or nolva can be used for PCT. You can take clomid 100mg the first 1-2 days when starting your PCT and continue with 50mg/ed along with nolva at 20mg/ed.
