Let me first start off by saying I am not a newbie, just took a really long break because life happens. I have a lot of years of BB and cycles under my belt but I am looking for some suggestions because I am torn on how to start. I am 6'2" 275 and have gotten fluffy. When I was actively competing I was 235 and shredded and my goal is to be back at that but I do not want to get back on stage. I have my diet lined out but I am looking for opinions on lining out a 16 week cycle. Please don't hold back when it comes to which compounds to use as I would like to hear different opinions and why.
