ME at age 53 last summer, feeling good BUT not where I want to be..

Been in this game on and off since the mid 80's... I am who is never satisfied with my overall look but still looking for improvements. All I know is that I will never stop in this game till I am not able to walk again..

Man seeing some of you older fellas in the shape you’re in is very inspirational to me. I’ll be 42 this summer and I’m in decent shape. Seeing your pic helps motivate me. Keep up the great work, you are definitely killin it!!!!!

We all are hard on ourselves and want more, but I will say this, our bodies know when the limit is there so it’s a battle to push the body more unless ur sleeping and eating all day like a peak pro. Looking like that my friend is nothing to get down about, most people are lazy and sit around while we are in the gym living the life then they throw out the oh he’s on steroids, and that just makes me mad, what about all the hard work and eating everyday of the week?? Keep it up brother, looking great
