What's the exercises y'all use to bring out your lower lats? Mine are there but lagging a bit imo. Thanks for your help

Dickersons? Have to look that one up.
I do
Deadlifts
Weighted wide grip pull ups
Long pulls
Bb rows

I got certified out as a trainer in the last class that John Defends tought In florida I gruaduated top of his class then worked under him at jim woolards worlds gym in delray bch FL,If you don't know who he Is he has been inducted into the bodybuilding hall of fame i believe in 2007 he taught me how to set up all my workouts and my back work out goes like this (stage 1)

start off by wide grip pull downs, then close grip dickersons those kill the upper part of the lat, then onto rope to chest pullins, then wide grip dickersons to bring out the lower lats and last exercise Is standing cable rows
and sense you r lagging in that area I would start your back routine on hammering your lower lats while your fresh at the gym and then move else where to complete your back routine.

and I wanted to also mention that former 1982 mr O Chris dickerson taught john defendes that move there named after him chris dickerson may he RIP.hope that helped u any

Underhand grip with your pulling movements, rows, chins etc.T bar rows hit the lower lats well and dumbell, barbell or machine pull overs.

Bent barbell rows work killer for me
