Liver protection

what products do you use for liver protection on or after cycle??? I have read multiple varying reports and have a good idea of what I want to try but wanted to gather as much info as possible and see what others think. so any input at all as to what you use and your protocol would be much appreciated!

I take a tudca everyday

I like to use NAC year round. Round 500-1000 mgs

During cycle I like to use NAC combined with tudca: 500 mgs daily.

With labs my liver values always stay within normal.

Sometimes I'll get creative and throw in some ultimate milk thistle and beet powder/juice. Just depends on what I'm running at the time.

TUDCA and IM Glutathione and you'll bet set. Tudca prevents or limits the chances of drug induced Cholestasis and IM Glutathione will take care of AST/ALT levels and everything else. I don't really run an oral AAS these days though, but that's what I'd use if I did.

thank you all so much I was leaning towards tudca as ive used n2 guard before but felt like I was wasting my money because the majority of the supps in it I was already getting elsewhere and as a result was just pissing most of it out. just wanted a little more input thank you all

No problem. Tudca is well worth the money imo. Would not use orals without it

Also make sure to get tudca caps . The bulk powder is sooooo disgusting tasting. The smallest amount will overpower any drink you try to mask it with.

For some reason I couldn't find the bulk powder any cheaper than the caps! How about the "don't take any liver supplements as it will kill all your gains". Smh

Yeah I've heard that too.

You're lucky you couldn't find the bulk powder..unless you were planning on caping it yourself
Taste horrible is horrible ... The tiniest dose will ruin any thing you try to mix it with
