Anyone here have any experience with keto if so what have your results been? I've done intermittent fasting before and had great results.

My wife is down 20+lbs in 3wks from being in ketosis. She adopted this diet from one of her coworkers. It worked well for her but her diet was pretty limited in both what and how much she ate. To be in true ketosis it takes a lot of discipline.
 
This is a world of controversy in bodybuilding because it was designed for obese sedentary people when adopted by the fitness world there have been a lot of different versions and adaptations and everybody says everybody else is wrong .

The best results I've ever gotten was about 15 years ago when did Dan Duchaine's Underground BodyOpus. It's a version of keto that allowed a huge carb up weekend. You had to be VERY strict as in peeing on ketone sticks everyday to make sure you were in ketosis and remained there. I don't have measurements but I'd say it's safe to say that I was sub 7% BF. I had veins pulling from my lats?!
 
I am also interested in this. I have not taken any anabolics since 2005, but looking to get back in the game. About 5 years ago I introduced a buddy to the gym. He was really in soft doughboy shape. He took to it like mad, started supplementing staying natural. Then he found Keto, and blew me out of the water. Dude is so jacked and veiny and has stuck with it for a long time. He always testing urine and really regimented with calories and food intake. He does crazy splurge days with fats and sugars and stays insanely lean doing it. He gets real bitchy sometimes with the calorie swings. And headaches from the fasting. The results are pretty astonishing though.

It was kinda fun me and the wife did it together but I started craving my carbs so I just went back to eating good and doin lower carb days on non workout days. Weight dropped pretty fast which most the starting weight you lose is water weight but it's not hard to do the keto diet that is.
